The Archdiocese of Oklahoma City is seeking a Human Resources Generalist with specific emphasis on benefit administration, recruiting and staffing. The HR Generalist is responsible for oversight and administration of the Archdiocese employee benefits, as well as the 403b and teacher retirement plans. This position also assists with ongoing recruitment and onboarding processes, and provides guidance with policy review and employment law compliance to all Archdiocese locations. Must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in human resources with extensive knowledge and background in benefit administration. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred. Must be practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church.
