The Catholic Foundation of Oklahoma is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented person to manage the foundation’s grants and scholarships program. The Grant Program Coordinator is responsible for managing board committees in their efforts to distribute grants from endowment and charitable funds to parishes, schools, and the general Catholic community in the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City. The Grant Program Coordinator works with parishes, schools, and other organizations and assists in the grant application and reporting process. The coordinator is the foundation's primary point of contact and support for grantees and donor advisers, and provides needed information to the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and grants committees. The Grant Program Coordinator helps publicize available grants and scholarships, sets the deadlines for when applications are to be received, and vets all applications with corresponding selection committees. Applicants should be active, practicing Catholics, in good standing with the Church, have excellent written and oral communication skills, an ability to learn new software, and enjoy interacting with others by phone and in person.
